Headquartered at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Jakarta, Garuda Indonesia (GA) is the official air carrier of Republic of Indonesia. Economy Class: Even in the economy class, the chairs are ergonomically designed for best comfort and spacious leg room of 30" - 35" is provided. Each seat is equipped with 9" personal AVOD In-Flight Entertainment unit.

During the course of the flight a variety of entertainment on personal AVOD system is available on demand. 25 music channels, 9 radio channels, 60 movies and over 50 popular T.V. shows are available to keep the customer engrossed and happy.

Garuda offers Immigration on board (IOB), a special service provided by Garuda Indonesia to provide more convenience for the passengers travelling to Indonesia. Passengers on certain long haul flights can complete their immigration process on board the aircraft before disembarking.
