Alaska Airlines has announced the addition of new year-round daily nonstop flight from Missoula to Los Angeles starting 19 March 2020. The airline is already offering nonstop flights from Missoula to Portland and Seattle.
Alaska Airlines adds ‘Captain Marvel’ themed aircraft to its fleet!
Alaska Airlines has added a special ‘Captain Marvel’ themed Boeing 737 aircraft to its fleet at its hub at Seattle. The airline has launched the aircraft in honor of the upcoming Marvel flick starring Brie Larson. The aircraft will be operating on cross-country routes and flights to Hawaii, including flights between Kahului and Bellingham.
Alaska Airlines to offer two daily nonstop flights between San Antonio and Seattle from July 16, 2019!
Alaska Airlines is all set to expand its nonstop service between San Antonio International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. This new service will include two daily nonstop flights, one in each direction. These Alaska Airlines flights are scheduled to start on July 16, 2019. The new flights will depart from San Antonio International Airport at 6:45 A.M. and arrive in Seattle-Tacoma International Airport at 9:05 A.M., while the return flights will depart Seattle at 5:45 P.M. and arrive in San Antonio at 11:55 P.M. Over 166,000 passengers fly between San Antonio and Seattle every year. The major factor that has boosted demand for increased air connectivity between San Antonio and Seattle is their shared business and trade interests, encompassing the high-tech, bioscience, cutting-edge manufacturing and clean energy industries.
Alaska Airlines Introducing New Long-Haul Service from Portland, Oregon, and Los Angeles!
Alaska Airlines and Virgin America are introducing new daily, non-stop service between Portland, Oregon, and New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) starting November 6; Portland and Detroit, starting August 30; and Los Angeles and Philadelphia, starting September 1, this year. This new service of Alaska Airlines and Virgin America will offer the residents of Portland access to 130 daily nonstop flights to 58 destinations. This added service provides Rose City flyers greater access to two New York metropolitan area airports – JFK and Newark.
Alaska Airlines Announced 13 New Nonstop Routes from the Bay Area!
Just after three months of its acquisition of Virgin America, Alaska Airlines has announced to introduce 13 new nonstop routes from the Bay area. The airline has added 10 new nonstop routes from San Francisco International Airport and 3 new routes from Mineta San Jose International Airport. With the additional flights, Alaska Airlines and Virgin America will offer 125 daily nonstop flights to 42 destinations from the three major Bay Area airports.
